  1. Have your client register for a bidder account with us.

  2. Broker Registration Form - Complete it, sign it, and have your client sign it.

  3. Follow the instructions for submitting it at least 48 hours prior to the closing of the auction.

  4. We match the buyer broker form to your client's online registration. If they buy and close, you get paid!
